Yolanda Lowry buy a previous house with Rocio Ramon and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Rocio helped one of her clients steal my deposit. She lied and told me she didn't talk to the client and when I went by the house Rocio's sign was outside the house. Her and Alba are going to team up once again and rip another hard working single parent out of their money. Would not want her representing my company. She fooled me I thought she was a nice honest realtor but she's not. I would not refer her to anyone but the BBB.
Rob buy a previous house with Samuel J Messina and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
We rented a townhouse with Sammy Messina's "help" when we first moved to Houston. He misrepresented himself to us, and he misrepresented his relationship with the landlord to us, as well as flaws with the property that he later admitted he knew about, but were magically non-existent up until the point we signed the lease and he received his commission. We were relying on working with an honest realtor to help us during the hectic, often difficult time of relocation. We were totally snowed by this guy. He knew we didnt know the market and took full advantage. Sammy is incredible, if you break the word down where the "in" prefix means "un", as in the word "inarticulate". Frankly, I'm surprised the Texas Board of Realtors allows him to continue practicing. We have since bought a home with the help of an honest, ethical realtor.
