- One of my client is a firm believer of using an agent in his real estate transaction. Although, he had found this particular commercial property himself, he asked me to represent him. I was able to further negotiate the price down another $10,000. At closing, the client needed the seller to finance $68,000. Negotiated that for 12 payments over a period of 12 months without interest. My client was very happy with me. He refers me to his family and friends.

- I am a people's person. My honesty and courtesy is immediately reflected in my work. My ability to analyze numbers, be it residential or commercial, is greatly appreciated by my clients and co-workers alike.
