disappointment

Mrs. Marconi was not at all what we expected. She lacks in the areas of professionalism and negotiation tactics. We had 1 offer and a potential offer which fell through due to her lack of negotiation skills. She does not work Sundays and travels more than expected for a full time agent both of which make it difficult to be on top of a negotiation. She obsesses over small details such as flyers and falls short in communication with potential buyer agents. We lowered our price 3 times upon her suggestion and she did not bother to change the price on her own website once. When confronted with our disappointments, she lashes out emotionally and resorts to namecalling. She attempted to point out the sellers lack of "showings" as the reason for lost opportunities when, in fact, she had entered in the wrong phone number with the central showing office of which the buyer had to discover and change. None of the offers she failed at negotiating came from anyone that missed our home anyway.
