I only say the best in TX because I have not used her in another state! She is awesome; hands down the HARDEST working agent out there! Incredibly knowledgeable and very prompt! I used her to buy and sell houses. She loves her job and it shows! You have to contact her to be your agent..you will not be sorry!

Mrs. Marconi was not at all what we expected. She lacks in the areas of professionalism and negotiation tactics. We had 1 offer and a potential offer which fell through due to her lack of negotiation skills. She does not work Sundays and travels more than expected for a full time agent both of which make it difficult to be on top of a negotiation. She obsesses over small details such as flyers and falls short in communication with potential buyer agents. We lowered our price 3 times upon her suggestion and she did not bother to change the price on her own website once. When confronted with our disappointments, she lashes out emotionally and resorts to namecalling. She attempted to point out the sellers lack of "showings" as the reason for lost opportunities when, in fact, she had entered in the wrong phone number with the central showing office of which the buyer had to discover and change. None of the offers she failed at negotiating came from anyone that missed our home anyway.

I was a first time home buyer and Suzanne patiently held my hand and walked me through the whole process. She was able to connect me with a lender for pre-approval. I couldn't have done it without her! She was amazing!!!

Dear Sir or Madame: My family and I would like to thank Lou Wiggins for all of the hard work that he performed regarding the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. We put our home on the market last year and the realtor that we used from another Keller Williams office turned out to be very disappointing. Our home never sold and we lost a lot of money because of the unprofessionalism of the previous agent. Needless to say, when my husband told me of Lou and that he worked for Keller Williams I was totally against it. I never wanted to deal with another agent from Keller Williams ever again. However, after meeting and speaking with Lou, he changed my view and perception of realtors and of Keller Williams. Lou’s professionalism, organizational skills and attention to ever detail was astonishing. I never had to worry if he was doing everything possible to get our home sold. Lou was also very accommodating towards our concerns, input and suggestions. We were very surprised that we received our first offer within two weeks of putting the house on the market. It was not long after that that we closed and was able to sell our home. Then Lou stepped it up a notche when it came to dealing with the builder of our new home. Again, his professionalism and experience aided tremendously in motivating the builder to complete our home with integrity and on time. Lou never once allowed the builder to rush or delay the process and compromise the quality of our home, but made sure that they kept the agreed completion deadline. Because Lou put so much emphasis on every aspect of selling our old home and the building of the new home, he made me feel like it was his home thus he would only accept the best.
