He doesn't have any manners I call him ask him for information on a property and he treated me like trash. He doesn't have any manner I will never give him any of my properties he doesn't know how to treat others with respect.

We hired Alan to sell our home when we were relocated out of state. We did his recommended upgrades prior to our move and further upgrades which we trusted him to implement after we left. He did not care for our home in our absence; someone left huge drag marks on our hardwood floors, tile work was left incomplete and debris left on the kitchen counters, a pile of trash was left for two months on our back porch (we had a neighbor call us out of state to complain), paint cans were left behind our garage for months, and our yard turned brown and all but died because he did not turn on the automatic lawn sprinkle system. All this while we were out of state and he told us the house “looks great”. Alan pressured us constantly to lower the price until we were well below the going market price per sq ft, but it did not sell. We fired Alan and hired another realtor which sold our home in three weeks. This was our forth home sell and the worst realtor experience yet.
