As many of you have heard by now, the $8,000 Tax Credit has been extended to April 30, 2010.
With the extension of the program, more people are eligible to take advantage of the law, which includes a $6,500 tax credit for buyers that are current owners and have lived in their home for at least five of the past eight years.
Limits on income for eligible buyers have been increased from $75,000 to $125,000 for single buyers and from $150,000 to $225,000 for couples. Home prices are capped at $800,000.
It's now or never people. I'm excited about the opportunities so many will be allowed to take advantage of. There's no time for procrastination, call your REALTOR today and find out more.
