Can't get her to respond to requests.

My ReMax agent has been trying for weeks to reach this agent regarding a bank foreclosure and we get no response. We did some research and found that we knew not on single person that has been able to do business with this office regarding a foreclosure because they are generally done in house which is illegal and unfair. They probably use a loop hole to get away with this...just wait for one of their own offers and the tactics of "no response" like they have used with us. Their behavior is no secret in real estate circles. I am surprised the Houston Asooiciation of Realtors, TREC and the RealEstate Commision have not gotten wind of it. They will.
