Leonard buy a previous house with Naila Burki and would recommend them to other home buyers.
Naila Burki was rude, unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the sale. My opinion is shared by my mortgage broker, realtor, GC and inspector. Her lies about the readiness of the house for inspection and footdragging cost me a week, which corresponded with $750 in per diem fees at closing. She blamed MY team for the delay! How ironic! Of course, I'm left holding the bill. AVOID NAILA BURKI LIKE THE PLAGUE! SHE'S THE WORST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
