- I love looking at homes and finding that perfect home for my buyers. I also like sellings homes for my sellers quickly.

- I had a first time home buyer that I knew could not qualify for alot of house. A house came on the market and before I could even get my clients to look, they had 5 cash offers. I took a chance and showed my clients. Then I spoke with the owners and told them the situation and the next day -- I got the contract. (All the others were investors)The home was only $72,000 but that was a huge deal to my clients. We closed and they are very happy in their new home.

- I am a people person and I like to negotiate for my clients.

- My family is my inspiration and they keep me going.

- Not to give up.
