Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Yes. Town Houses and High Rise condominiums.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy the process of getting a person into a home. My background has always been consultative selling and my skills are a perfect fit for this industry.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
I run out of inventory quickly. Even though there is a benefit to having my sign out on someone's property for a long time, I would rather build clientele by getting the job done.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
The most interesting moment in my career was when I realized I was getting enough referral business to actually branch out on my own.

What is your best characteristic?
Sincerity and persistence.

Who or what inspires you the most?
I am inspired by my happy clients.

What is the best advice you ever received?
I was telling Real Estate Agent that I was thinking about getting my license. She said "stop thinking about it and get it done." I signed up for classes within hours of the conversation and never looked back.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I absolutely love Houston. But I would have to give Hawaii a shot. I might actually love France, too, but not sure about the winter months.
