A hard worker
I've had the pleasure of working with Martha 3 times, the most recent being a home purchase. The first 2 times Martha helped me to find a residence for lease. After looking at countless places, she never lost patience with me or my pickiness. She has been there countless times as a liason between myself and the landlord/seller. She is the consummate professional, and will do whatever is needed to ensure her customer is happy and satisfied. With our recent purchase of a house, Martha was there to answer every question we had. Being that we were first time home buyers, there were several and she always answered them in a timely manner. When I first met her over 3 years ago, I never would have imagined that our professional relationship would have grown as it has. It is incredibly nice to know that not only do I have a realtor for all my futeure needs, I have also made a treasured friend.
