- I remember a family of six with 4 young children who had relocated from California to Houston. They could not believe that they moving into a brand new 4 bedroom 2 story house for under $150,000. I remember one of the boys who the house and thought they were moving into a Castle. It bought tears to my eyes and felt so happy for this family !!
