I read these reviews first before I met Delilah I instantly had a bad impression of McKenna Real Estate. However, after contacting this Realtor and working with her, she was simply professional, funny, and a trusting individual. She helped me find a beautiful studio apartment inside the Loop for an amazing price. She did this while balancing her clients. This was also during July 4th weekend, and under my specific requests of gated parking, security, etc. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. She will return calls if you are patient and realistic in your requests.

Over the course of the past year, my family has had the pleasure of befriending Mary Nguyen. In that year time frame; she's assisted my family twice, with superior service! She's truly an agent there to help her clients with their needs. Very reliable, knowledgeable, and most important: helpful. Simply put: thank you Mary for all of your hardwork!

I tried to purchase a home from Sara but she was impossible to work with. She was rude, did not return calls, hung up over small points of negotiation, and insisted on using a sketchy contract instead of the Texas regulated model contract. Real estate transactions do not have to be difficult, and at every stage in the process Sara and Elbar were trying to squeeze us into a tighter box. Do not trust Sara and her Elbar Investments!

We hired Alan to sell our home when we were relocated out of state. We did his recommended upgrades prior to our move and further upgrades which we trusted him to implement after we left. He did not care for our home in our absence; someone left huge drag marks on our hardwood floors, tile work was left incomplete and debris left on the kitchen counters, a pile of trash was left for two months on our back porch (we had a neighbor call us out of state to complain), paint cans were left behind our garage for months, and our yard turned brown and all but died because he did not turn on the automatic lawn sprinkle system. All this while we were out of state and he told us the house “looks great”. Alan pressured us constantly to lower the price until we were well below the going market price per sq ft, but it did not sell. We fired Alan and hired another realtor which sold our home in three weeks. This was our forth home sell and the worst realtor experience yet.

Toni is nice at first to grab your attention, but she will try to sell you properties above your price range. She is horrible at keeping in touch after a few e-mails and beats around the bush when you ask her specifics. She has many clients due to her large network, so I felt she was extremely unorganized due to that. I would NOT recommend her.

When I came across greatlandlords.com I was excited because it profiled exactly the type of property I was looking for. I sent off several requests via email and received a bounce-back. No response. I then called every other day for a week. No response. I have a realistic budget and have left detailed messages. It is very frustrating. Every other real estate agent I have dealt with has at least returned an email or phone call. Can't understand an agent who doesn't return honest, realistic inquiries into the properties s/he lists.

Mary was beyond helpful in our search for our first home. My brother and I were on our way back from lunch one day and saw an open house sign for some condos. Jasmin was the most unprofessional agent! She was never on time to any of her viewings, in fact it was never even her who showed up. She used to always send someone else. She got me the worst deal and I feel like her and her company literally stole my money. i would never recommend her to anybody. She was a liar and a cheat.

Rocio helped one of her clients steal my deposit. She lied and told me she didn't talk to the client and when I went by the house Rocio's sign was outside the house. Her and Alba are going to team up once again and rip another hard working single parent out of their money. Would not want her representing my company. She fooled me I thought she was a nice honest realtor but she's not. I would not refer her to anyone but the BBB.
