Mr. Sawicki of ABJ Propoerties managed a house owned by my father and did a horoble job. He did not perform according to contract and was very rude. He never followed up with anything abd after Hurricain Ike, he was not able to get a quote from a roofer to fix the roof for serveral months, until we took manners in our own hands. We had a roofer under contract within 2 days and we did it from out of state!! David Sawicki is unprofessional and I would never give him an other propoerty to manage. Shame on you, Mr. Sawicki!!
