Horrible! She's only interested in the business she receives from Sun City. My husband and I were a young naive couple, and we picked her as our realtor. The next time we bought a home, we chose a different realtor, and we received much better service! Our first home purchase wasn't an enjoyable one! The mortgage guy she uses isn't friendly at all either! We had a fall out with him, and he was afraid my husband and I were going to take business away from him. See, a lot of his business comes from Renee! I believe we were taken advantage of because we were naive, and that is very unprofessional. If we had been looking into more expensive properties, we probably would have received better treatment. We were just starting out though and and wanted something small and cheap. Go with another realtor if you are young, or looking for properties outside of Sun City! They will take advantage of you!
