I believe in service before, during, and after the sale. Before listing your property or shopping for your next home, I discuss your individual needs with you. We are a team, so understanding what you hope to get from the process is important to our success. I believe it is important to communicate with my clients, as often as necessary, to keep them informed and engaged. After the sale, I want to know my clients are satisfied, and if something isn't right, I will do what I can to make it right. For me, it's not just about making a sale. It's about building long-term relationships with my clients.

What year did you become a real estate agent?
2007
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
3
What is the average home price in your market?
325,000
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Galveston is constantly changing. There have been several new residential communities and condo developments over the past few years. Since Ike last year, a lot of the older inventory has been getting a much needed facelift.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
There is nothing better than a satisfied client. Real estate is one of those professions where you know whether or not you've made a difference for someone. I enjoy helping people fulfill a dream.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Expectations. They are rarely in line with the realities of the market. There is so much media coverage on real estate these days. And all too often, the stories are irrelevant to the buyers/sellers in my area. Real estate markets are local in nature. I provide my clients with news and local market statistics that pertain to them.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
The months since Ike hit have been interesting to say the least. This is the first time a storm of this magnitude with this kind of destruction has hit the island since the big one in 1900. No one has been through the kind of recovery we are currently experiencing. It's an experience I don't think I will ever forget.
What is your best characteristic?
I genuinely care about my clients.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Some of my peers. They have the best attitude, even in tough times.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Don't take it personally.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right where I am - Galveston!!
