- I have had quite a few challenges. One in particular was a short sale last year. Wells Fargo was the second lien holder that delayed closing over a month, and after getting the run around, I managed to go over everyone's head, and get upper management, and we finally closed 48 hours after this. I am very persistent in getting the job done

- Being loyal, and addressing my clients needs! I treat everyone as I would like to be treated! I believe in constant communication!

- My family! They are very supportive of me!

- I am living in Texas! I have lived in quite a few states. Texas is great!
