- Combating the media and other press that fail to mention how much better the market and economy is here in North Texas compared to the rest of the country.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I am blessed to have many repeat clients. One of my greatest successes is helping a family sell their home that were facing foreclosure. A few days before we were to close on their home, the buyers of their home were unable to secure the financing they thought was fully approved. I was able to assist the buyer with a top lender referral that was able to approve and close their loan within 3 business days. The buyers were excited that they were able to proceed with their purchase and I was able to save my seller clients from foreclosure.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Loyalty. I know that a real estate transaction is a significant financial and life event for nearly all people. Thus, I take great pride in providing the best care, knowledge and expertise to my clients so that their experience is one that results in my clients knowing they can count on me in the future to assist them or anyone they refer to me with the same exemplary level of service I provided them.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Jesus Christ. Regardless of any negative circumstances or challenges that come our way, one only needs to refer to the life journey Christ experienced to know that we, too, can persevere. I always try to stay focused on leading a life that serves others and appreciate the blessings I continue to receive.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Put God first.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I love the outdoors so likely it would be either a mountainous location such as Colorado or a tropical location like Hawaii.
