Listed my house but didn't sell it. During the listing I personally witnessed the following: He drinks wine out of a gallon jug at the office. He told me he wanted to move to the country so his kids wouldn't have to go to school with black kids and Mexican kids. He told me I could cancel the listing for any reason. Some time after the racist comments I walked into his office and said I wanted to cancel and he refused. I put his yard sign out for the garbage man and I never heard from him again.

I don't normally write a lot of reviews, but I figured I should share my experience about buying a house with Anil patel who was my realtor. I really had no idea how important it was to have a good realtor beside me. Anil made a difference. Buying a house could get very stressful and trust me there are a lot of things first time buyers have no clue. Anil was there at every step of the way adding key clauses to the contract to protect my interests. It was as if he did this a hundred times before but at the same time was very careful It was comforting to have somebody working for your interests only. Anil also took charge of the negotiation process and brought down the price 15%. He handled the paperwork like a pro giving me a guidance on how things work. He also helped me with the whole inspection process going through every element. I have never bought a house before and I remember friends calling me about the stress of the process. I never really felt that way during the process and I guess I owe that to Anil. Anil's motto was always to handle the process like you are building a good human relationship and not on the monetary gains. In my case he worked selflessly even forgoing part of his bargain to help the process go smoothly. In short I ended up with a good deal on the house because of Anil. After searching for rental property in Keller for a week without much success, I found Anil online. He answered my first phone call immediately, unlike other realtors I had called. After an in-depth interview as to what we were looking for, he e-mailed me a detail of 10 properties within an hour. The list summarized the qualities of each home. It also contained links to pictures and all the information about each home that I needed. Anil met us at our convenience to tour the homes. They were exactly what we were looking for. Anil is very personable and we felt comfortable immediately.
