Never again will I have any part in ANYTHING this man is involved with. He is nothing but lies and deception and took FULL advantage of us being first time home-buyers. I guess so long as he makes his money for the little work he will really do he's fine with that. He lied and told us that we were paying closing costs when in fact the SELLER was paying them, so he duped us into paying 6 percent over so he could get his commission. He's a scumbag. I should have gotten away from him the second I got a funny feeling, and I regret it now. I've been told it isn't worth pursuing legal action, but we'll see. And he'll try to stick you with his buddy's mortgage company, saying they're the only ones that can do it, then they'll hold rate on you and double charge you for everything. Between him and "Pape Mortgage" I'm not sure if I've ever been in one room with more con-artists. Hopefully we'll win the fight for what is right in the end. STAY AWAY!
