Candi displayed her negotiating capabilities during the purchase of my new townhome. We had gone back and forth with the seller a couple of times, and I was ready to accept the seller's latest offer. But, Candi had a better idea, and was able to bring the purchase price down by another $4,000. Then, as I looked to lease this property, Candi identified the rental price that would attract potential tenants. Once again, she was right, as we found an excellent tenant for a year-long lease.
