We tried to look at one of his listings the other day and he was no where to be found (we were interested enough to place a bid), then when we finally got a hold of him in person, he refuesd to give out information because it was us (the buyers) and not our agent and she was going to have to call. Then, he said he would put more pics up on the website (no he wouldn't email them to me when I was willing to see pics in leu of the showing we couldn't get) and he did not do that either. He has a willing easy sell on one of his houses (and the home says sellers contributes to closing costs which to me says the seller wants to SELL it) and he can't be botheres to take 10 minutes and do it. I am guessing this would not make him someone I would list with because he seems to sell as he feels like it potentially losing good buyers...
