We needed to sell an older home we had inherited. After meeting with Tim and doing preliminary paperwork, he immediately left to look over the home, returned to our home within an hour and we put it on the market. Sign and listing were up the next day and two days later we had an offer! In 30 days time we closed the deal. Tim made sure we received a more than fair amount and always told us he (the company) would buy it (for less, of course) if we did not want to drag out the sale. That was a nice option to have. He also referred us to people he knew who would be able to make improvements on the property if we chose to make them. He kept us posted on all details. We could not have been happier with his service and professionalism and down to earth business sense.
