Mildred is a thief - just down right realtor who promises to take care of all your landlord needs and does not deliver at the end. We hired her to help us rent our house out, we set out an agreement and contract - she did not honor anything we had specified in our agreement, the only way we found out about things was when we drove down to see the house. She collected less than the specified down payment, less than the specified rent amount, never finished any repairs on the house. Her "contractor" I think is her son in law, so you know they were pocketing the money. Stoled from my house - made promises to the tenants they never intended to keep. Just an overall liar, and thief. The worst manager I have ever dealt with. Linda something is her other point of contact - she is just as bad. Never got our deposit. She should lose her license for lack of integrity!!!! DO NOT USE HER OR HER COMPANY...

To anyone out there looking for a landlord, do not hire anyone from Ed Walsh and Associates especially Mildred Walsh. Before my deployment, I hired her to look after my home in El Paso for a year. During this time, she consistently lied and send me my rent late. I refused to renew her contract once the year was over. She still hold hostage two months rent and my deposit. When the tenants left, my new house was trashed. When Mildred said she would do something, she never does it. As a homeowner, you need someone you can trust with your investment. She was the worse mistake I made and I am still paying for it. She is irresponsible and likes to hear herself talk. She does not care about the owner only lining her pocket. If I were you, I would pay the extra money and get someone who would truly look after your investment. She and her business are definitely not up to the challenge. You get what you pay for... cheats, lies and more lies... and you loose money at the end...
