Poor performance, no accountability

Do not be misled by this agent. As a military family we trusted her since she was a member of the USAA movers advantage program. We made a huge mistake trusting this realtor. Once the contract was signed, Ms Feiner initiated no further contact with us. We were misled as to the condition of the carpet and in our absence Ms Feiner did not even notify us the home had closed. Ms Feiner also did not check the property for damage once the sellers vacated. Our home was extremely dirty and the sellers were allowed to take permanent fixtures thus damaging the structure of our home. Ms Feiner has accepted no responsibility nor has Coldwell Banker, who also employs the agent who listed our home. Although Ms Feiner is a 10 million dollar producer, Her customer service is terrible. To date, we have never been contacted by her. Coldwell Banker did provide us a $200 gift card to cover our carpet, destroyed blinds and damaged stucco after the sales manager implied we were liars.
