Stay away form them! Nick Haggerty is very shady, never calls you back, forgets appointments and lies constantly. After being a rental client of theirs for three years they tried to pull a scam to keep $300 of our deposit.....AFTER my wife made them pull out the original lease that showed the actual amount we paid. They made my wife go through hell to get what was rightfully ours and they knew it from the start. DO NOT let them manage your property either. The house they rented us had many leaks in the roof. After they failed to act on the first three notes we left them, we had to send a certified letter to finally get Nick to act on it. The owners of their properties are playing with the fire when they turn over a home to this company. BE CAREFUL AND STAY AWAY!‎
