This is the first realtor I have ever dealt with that will be honest to the utmost. She cares about people and does not make her profit the utmost objective. She is caring, she listens, and isn't afraid to give you her honest opinion if asked for it. Highly recommend!!

john adami has a business of stealing from his renters,he would not return my 1450.00 dollor deposit and then took me to court for another 2700.00 dollars.It doesn't matter that you leave the house better than you got it.I would say this has been going on for some time.i'm very disappointed that he continues this practice.

I could not have asked for a worse experience. She didn't bother showing up to sign the lease, she didn't do anything for the property, even when our neighbors had trash on their porch for MONTHS. She is in the process of trying to charge me $600 for a $250 fee and is sending emails that are condescending and rude. I would rather live on the street then have to deal with her or anyone at Adami again.

I had dealt with Mary and purchased several homes from her. She tried to sell a home to me that she claimed she had a contract on , she did not. She had marked up the price $10,000. I called the agent that had it listed and she informed me that she knew Mary but had no Deal with her. VERY UNETHICAL! I did some work on a property that Mary owned, she did not pay for the work.I took her to court and got a judgement for $4500.00, on which she has not paid one penny. She is known for passing hot checks with regularity and has been jailed for it. She is not ethical or honest and only has her best interest at heart and not her clients. Her only obssesion is to list or sell and get paid. I have documentation to back up everything I have said here. She will smile and convince you she has your best interest at heart while all the time she only has an eye for the money she will make if she can sell you anything for any price. I would never do business with her again.

ALL I NEED TO SAY IS WHEN YOU MOVE TAKE LOTS OF GOOD PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING IN THE PLACE YOU ARE LEAVING.MAKE THEM DO A WALK THROUGH BEFORE YOU LEAVE.THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY DO NOT HAVE THE TIME. ASK FOR THAT IN WRITTING. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING THAY CAN AND WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSET AND TAKE YOU TO COURT FOR MORE. THE DAY THAY TOOK ME TO COURT THERE WAS TWO OTHERS.THEY DO THIS A LOT AND ARE GOOD AT IT. IF YOU DECIDE TO RENT FROM ADDAMI GOOD LUCK.
