I have used an alias name as Dale was not my agent, but the agent who was representing the seller. I ended up calling him as my agent didn't seem to want to help. Dale told me that legally he could not speak to me, but gave me avenues to answer my questions that he couldn't answer since he represented the person we were buying the house from. I have kept his number to work with him if I decide to sell the house we bought with our agent. (who did nothing for us)

Wow. I am a first time home buyer and Dale made me understand everything and feel very secure with what was transpiring. I was very affraid things were going to **** up at the end and the closing was as smooth as the finding of my home. He made everything fun and negotiated on my behalf and thought for me. I have heard horror stories regarding real estate transactions and apparantly, these people have the wrong realtor.
