The Infrastructure in this area has improved tremendously making the Denton County area much more desireable in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Market. Being that Denton County has much lower tax rates and homeowner insurance rates, a family would benefit greatly getting much more square footage for less cost than other areas in the Dallas/Ft Worth markets.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love where I live right now. However, when I retire, which won't be for a while, I'd like to own a Bed & Breakfast on Lake Texoma that includes various amenities that guests would appreciate.
