Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The Infrastructure in this area has improved tremendously making the Denton County area much more desireable in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Market. Being that Denton County has much lower tax rates and homeowner insurance rates, a family would benefit greatly getting much more square footage for less cost than other areas in the Dallas/Ft Worth markets.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Not being able to help as many families as I would like to!

When working with a seller recently, we were able to sell her 1st townhome within 10 days of listing and get her in to a brand new single family within 30 days of contracting. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love where I live right now. However, when I retire, which won't be for a while, I'd like to own a Bed & Breakfast on Lake Texoma that includes various amenities that guests would appreciate.
