I too, gave a deposit of $1000.00, that I was told would go towards my closing cost, to purchase our home. In actuality, and unknowingly, I had only entered into a regular lease. My family and I loved our home and thought that we would be here forever. After realizing that we were paying this incredible amount of money, with no ownership, we left. We were deceived! She does not follow through with what she says will do.The place I was going to move into had a broken, unsafe balcony, stained and moldy carpet, urine stains on the toilet, actual holes in the flooring, no workable lock on the front door, and the sad part is, I gave her close to $2,000 as a deposit and first month's rent. Even sadder, it was the garage apartment behind her own house, and she had three months and that approximate $2,000 to fix most of these issues before I moved in. DO NOT USE."
