From the beginning Brad had a strong understanding of the complexity of our potential transaction and had a clear view of how to complete the transaction and also on how to market the property to the unique special buyer that we would need. Ultimately Brad produced a viable purchaser and we ended up closing on a full price offer. Through this process I developed a good working with relationship with Brad so it was only natural that I look to him to help in the purchase of my new home. Again, Brad had a clear understanding of what/where I was looking to purchase. We looked at a few houses, weighed the ups and downs and really did agree that the home I have ended up with is really the perfect place to me. Not being one who likes to negotiate sales of any sort I was very glad for Brad's skills in this area.
