From the beginning Brad had a strong understanding of the complexity of our potential transaction and had a clear view of how to complete the transaction and also on how to market the property to the unique special buyer that we would need. Ultimately Brad produced a viable purchaser and we ended up closing on a full price offer. Through this process I developed a good working with relationship with Brad so it was only natural that I look to him to help in the purchase of my new home. Again, Brad had a clear understanding of what/where I was looking to purchase. We looked at a few houses, weighed the ups and downs and really did agree that the home I have ended up with is really the perfect place to me. Not being one who likes to negotiate sales of any sort I was very glad for Brad's skills in this area. The thing that I have been most grateful for in this process has been Brad's flexibility and the flexibility of the the players he helped bring in on this deal given the fact that my health has been compromised for the last several months and my time is not often my own.....to me this was above and beyond the call and not something I will soon forget. I'd certainly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

We used her as our listing agent. She was not helpful at all on the negotiation process. Although we had a multiple offer situation, we could not get the best offer because of her wrong judgment and suggestions. We could do better without her. Also, we are disappointed about her dishonesty. She casually told that she was going to a week-long vacation to a foreign country in the following week RIGHT after we signed on the agent agreement. The first and the second week of listing period was the most important time. She should have told us before we signed on the paper. We were disappointed and felt betrayed by her dishonesty. During our listing period, I never felt getting full attention, which she promised. In short, I don't recommend anyone to use her as an agent. I don't want anyone go through the same terrible experience I went through.
