Varies greatly by neighborhood.

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The large custom homes are still very strong. The condo market with attached hotel amenities was populare but recently demand has deteriorated. Overall, we seem to be outperforming a majority of markets due largely to strong employment and reasonably priced housing.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
No two real estate deals are ever the same. The variety and challenge to meet the needs of each client makes for an exciting environment. It's very satisfying to succeed and exceed the expectations of my clients.
