Successfully marketing properties and negotiating the best possible terms for my clients brings me great satisfaction. I am honored by the trust that my clients place in me to handle their largest assets.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Sellers need to understand that the 3 most important factors in Real Estate values are LOCATION, LOCATION & TIMING. The 3 most important factors in selling your home *that you can control* are CONDITION, PRICING & MARKETING.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Because most buyers in Dallas purchase a property with their own buyer's agent, I market heavily to active buyer's agents. This is just one of the marketing strategies that has helped me sell 100% of the homes I list.

What is your best characteristic?
I know how to market properties well. That is to say, I am innovative, reputable and professional.

Who or what inspires you the most?
I work with the nicest people in the world. My clients are fantastic people and the agents I work with are truly wonderful professionals.

What is the best advice you ever received?
We could learn a lot from crayons... Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Texas - because the people I love are here.
