Before entering into business with Michelle Couch, please know everything about the deal. The "Lease to Own" signs and advertisementS are not what they appear to be. I too, gave a deposit of $1000.00, that I was told would go towards my closing cost, to purchase our home. In actuality, and unknowingly, I had only entered into a regular lease. My family and I loved our home and thought that we would be here forever. After realizing that we were paying this incredible amount of money, with no ownership, we left. We were deceived! I know that we were not the only ones! The niceness and soft-spoken conversation, does not make up for the lies, and for the harm and inconvenience caused to many. Be very leary of Michelle Couch.

I wanted to buy a property and disclosed my budget to him. He tried to get me a property with a much lower market value and conspired with the seller of the property to quote higher and then negotiate upto my budget. It was only through a common friend that I came to know of his actions and intentions. I would recommend all buyers not to go through any agent unless you really have some good reference to support their integrity. It is too high an amount to take risk. For them its business as usual.

MR. HASSAN IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL WITH LOTS OF INFERIORITY COMPLEXES. A PARANOID PERSON WITH NO SELF RESPECT.I DEALT WITH HIM TWO YEARS AGO AND PURCHASED A BUSINESS ..THAT BUSINESS DID NOT LAST ONE YEAR BECAUSE HE FALSIFIED THE INFORMATION AND GOT UNDER THE TABLE MONEY FROM THE SELLER.HE NEEDS TO SEEK ANGER MANAGEMENT AND HABITUAL LIAR COUNSELING.

I have dealt with a lot of agents in my life; but service and intergrity provided by Zia Hasan is not less that any great agent that I have ever met. He really works for you as long as you don't ask him to break any rule, such as asking him for a cash back out of his commission. He told me that it is illegal for paying a part of his commission to anyone who is not licensed by TREC.

I am Zia Hasan. I saw the anonymous comments by two individuals. I don't even know who these people are; but I have a feeling that these two are from a group of people who are committing massive H1B frauds and I had started a programm to expose these guys who are Americans to loose jobs that are being denied to Americans and are being sent overseas. There is these two guys, who's names are Wamsi and Manohar Reddy, who are significant part of this nationwide H1B visa Mafia. Try applying for a job at Verizon or Citi head quarters, let us see if you can get a job in there IT department as an American.

Zia Hasan is one of the best agents that I interviewed and hired to sell my commercial property. He is professional and he got me $221,000.00 more than I was expecting to sell my property for. I will recomend this Zia Hasan to everyone who wants service beyond expectation.

Dan Oliver is obnoxious and rude, I learned that he recently acted totally out of line while representing a client. He used obscene language while negotiating a deal on more then one occasion. Dan Oliver should not be in a business that involves communicating with people.

We used this agent to buy our home. We did the search for the house without his help and used his as agent. He promised us to give X% as cash back. He never gave the cash back amount that he promised. Just to cover up he tried to push some petty/cheap gift. We personally dislike dishonest persons. Our recommendation would be to get all things in writing what these agents promise or say.

This agent lacks the price negotiation skills.
