This person doesn't return phone messages or resolve issues. I lived at the Village of Hampton Cove in San Antonio for 11 months with no a/c and the best she could do is have the manager offer me $39 per month off therent. I had called to complain about how he manger here showed little concern to fix my a/c or return my e-mails and phone calls. The manger here tried teeling me I really did have a/c. ts too bad the propety was nice but customer service was a zero! I should have known when they refused to let me see my apt until after I paid rent and moved in. Hopefully other people will be treated with more respect. I serve in the US Air Force and would often have to come home at the end of the day to a sweltering hot apartment. Thanks for your lack of humanity!
