Incredible Agent Indeed!

Both my wife and I found Angelo through his website. He was honest, informative, caring and we felt he went the extra mile for us. Showing homes is an ART...because it is personal taste but taking the time to understand your clients objects, needs and wants is the difference between a Realtor and a great REAL ESTATE AGENT. We bought a house that was under the market about 30% and had custom features that was that perfect fit ..however the price seemed like was a football field way. Angelo made it a reality!!! If you have any doubts.....the only one is why didn't you know Angelo earlier. Thanks Angelo for all your help and great work.

Angelo Vitale is the BEST

Angelo Vitale is the most professional Real Estate Agent that I have ever met. I have bought and sold many houses over the years, but have never found an agent who is more knowledgeable in every aspect of his profession. Angelo stayed on top of everything from the beginning to the end. I had a very limited time frame in which to work with, Angelo was there every step of the way. He expedited the contract and helped push the paperwork through to close immediately, even though we were dealing with the previous owner of the property, who was out of the country. Angelo did an excellent job on every aspect of us buying our home. He has even been there for us after the sale. He is a pure joy to work with. His sense of humor and his complete willingness to help in every way, far exceeded what you would ever expect from a Real Estate Agent. Angelo knows the Real Estate profession and it shows when you deal with him. Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: Blending or art and science in order to help people with their largest, and most emotional, investment. You need science to price a home properly and to predict days on market; staging a home to sell, and helping people envision living in a new home, is an art.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Keeping sellers calm, and buyers realistic, during unique market trends.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I had a seller with a home I knew would sell quickly. I helped them price it properly, then I walked the home with them room by room, suggesting inexpensive fix-ups and staging strategies to make the home look its best. As I figured, we had multiple offers in just a few days...the challenge was finding them a new home in their desired location that would meet their needs and be available on the terms they needed to be able to accept the best offer on the property they were selling. I was able to find them a home they love, I negotiated a great (incredible, actually) price for them, and I arranged for them to stay in their current home for 30 days after the sale closed so they could orchestrate a move into their new home, which needed a little work, after it was made "perfect" for them to move into.
