Inventory levels are higher than usual which is great for buyers, also luxury foreclosures offer unique opportunities for move-up buyers. Sellers must be diligent when pricing and staging their properties for sale...any agent can put your home "on the market", contact me of you want it "SOLD".
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Blending or art and science in order to help people with their largest, and most emotional, investment. You need science to price a home properly and to predict days on market; staging a home to sell, and helping people envision living in a new home, is an art.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Keeping sellers calm, and buyers realistic, during unique market trends.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a seller with a home I knew would sell quickly. I helped them price it properly, then I walked the home with them room by room, suggesting inexpensive fix-ups and staging strategies to make the home look its best. As I figured, we had multiple offers in just a few days...the challenge was finding them a new home in their desired location that would meet their needs and be available on the terms they needed to be able to accept the best offer on the property they were selling. I was able to find them a home they love, I negotiated a great (incredible, actually) price for them, and I arranged for them to stay in their current home for 30 days after the sale closed so they could orchestrate a move into their new home, which needed a little work, after it was made "perfect" for them to move into.
