Ross Day is a very rude and disrespectable human being. Not to stereotype the sales force but most sales people are arrogant and direct but their goal is to make "the sale". Apparently not for Ross Day. Not only was he short but was not concerned or interested and mentioned we were wasting his time. Thanks but No Thanks Ross...

My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and found Karen through a web search for realtors. We were extremely pleased with everything she did for us - providing us targeted listings, showing us homes, helping us to schedule inspections and contact the correct people, and sign all the necessary paperwork. She always took the time to answer our calls or emails right away and kept us informed during every step of the process. When the first property we were interested in didn't pan out, she informed us of another property the same day that turned out to be exactly what we wanted. We were very satisfied with Karen's work and will recommend her to all of our friends!

We recently relocated to the Dallas area from Houston and utilized Kim as our realotor. She met with us over a weekend and helped us find a home in a community that fit us to a "T"!! She went above and beyond to meet the deadlines our relocation company was asking of us. Very, very helpful and always easy to get hold of. I would recommend using her to anyone needing to buy and/or sell property.

Jeff's name is spelled incorrectly, the phone number is incorrect, the company is incorrect. Incredible Agents is a joke run by a sleezy former real estate agent that is not allowed to sell homes in Arizona anymore. So he tries to make his money by luring naive agents to this website by creating negative reviews submitted by fake people the agents have never worked with or even heard of. I wouldn't be surprised if this post is deleted by the Incredible Agent folks.

This man is absolutely the worst landlord I have ever had to deal with. He does not communicate well and does not repair the necessary items in the apartment. Kim was excellent to work with. She was always perfessional and really cares about her clients. I recently purchased my new home from her and she was always honest and made sure I was very well informed throughout the process. I would recomend her to any of my friends and plan on doing business with her in the future.

I recently used Frieda as my listing agent on the sale of my home. What a great experience I had during a very stressful time. As most of us know buying or selling a home can be quite trying to say the least, especially with the downturn in the economy. She always went the extra mile and made us feel that we were her priority, I will use her in all my future real estate business.

Cathy is very rude, not honest, and certainly rips you off if she can. I do not recommend her at all. She is "one to avoid". AA

We currently rented our 1.8 million dollar house to Minnette and her family and have had an awful experience. Being in real estate I thought She and her family would the perfect tenants. Our home had major damage due to her 4 children under 8 years old that were mainly unattended too. This has been a very disappointing endeavor.

Kim was terrific when we decided to purchase a home. We were deployed overseas and Kim worked and followed up with us daily. She is an amazing Realtor and helps the process run smoothly.
