Barry Price buy a previous house with Janice G Parson and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
CATASTROPHY!! due to greed, incompetence, lack of care & professionalism and perhaps some strange retaliation to her past. Janice strong-armed our deal through, stating her certainty of value (AT THAT TIME)of a property we purchased. We were ignorant of the current market and misplaced our trust in 'THE SYSTEM' Janice Parson deceived us, keeping secret the 'ACTUAL VALUE' known ONLY TO REALTORS through the MLS. She and her "gang members" steered us with promises and hopes, ALL UNTRUE. We lost over $110,000.00 and our freedom for over 2 years just to get out of our mess, at our deep financial lost. Consummer BEWARE!!
