Phillip Yandell buy a previous house with Mary Frances Burleson and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I rented an apartment from Mary Francis Burleson. She is a horrible landlord and she did not fix anything that she promised she would fix. The dishwasher never worked, and the heater kept going out. We finally had to hire a contractor to fix it at our expense. When we called the office, she would never take the call, but she, and her car full of bulldogs, fleas and all, were always at our front door demanding the rent before the first. What a filthy person. The worst experience we have ever had. Never do business with this creature.
