I used to work as fred's agent, but this shyster always found ways of confiscating the bulk of my commission sometimes for lame excuses l turned in the contract a day late and that carried a penalty of losing 30% of your commission.

Do not do any business with this agent. He is a crook. If you search the Dallas County website, you will see that he has been sued several times. Do your homework first, Mr. Valaie should be avoided at all cost.
