Please do not use this woman even though she can be pleasant and nice. She does not follow through with what she says will do.The place I was going to move into had a broken, unsafe balcony, stained and moldy carpet, urine stains on the toilet, actual holes in the flooring, no workable lock on the front door, and the sad part is, I gave her close to $2,000 as a deposit and first month's rent. Even sadder, it was the garage apartment behind her own house, and she had three months and that approximate $2,000 to fix most of these issues before I moved in. DO NOT USE.

Sonia is very knowledgeable. We decided not to sell our home after it was listed for a short time, but she was a great ****et. When we do decide to sell our home she will be the first we call.

This woman should NOT be Licensed. My wife hired this woman to sell our home in Dallas. We had a baby cam set-up in our bedroom. After her open house she went through our Personal Items in our bedroom. We went to the Police but there was nothing they could do. I terminated our Listing Agreement and am filing charges with TREC.

This reator is very lazy. DO NOT USE. She lied about offers and did not represent us properly. Her husband was the only one who could give us straight answers. He was very informative and honest about the situation. She was very disrespectful towards her husbad and we felt sorry for him. Our home was sold a short time after we fired her.
