Jeff Neal is a real estate wizard. Actually he sold 2 homes to me and sold one for me. I found Jeff to be the most knowledgeable RE person I ever worked with in my transfers across the country. As a busy professional I counted on Jeff Neal to look out for my best interest and I always felt that he did, counseling me on the reasons behind his recommendations. After 3 successful transactions I trust him. It's been 6 years since I moved from Dallas to the East Coast but I'm getting ready to move back to TX within the next 2 years. I was very disappointed to see that Jeff has left the area.

I listed with Jeff Neal to sell my home in Dallas while I was living in New York. I requested that he simply make sure the yard was mowed once a week to keep it looking nice, which I of course paid for and provided access to the same lawn crew that took care of my yard when I lived there. When I returned to the house once to check, the yard looked terrible and had not been mowed. I had the yard mowed immediately, and afterwards a couple drove up to look at my house. I showed it to them myself. They bought it, and Jeff collected a nice commission for doing next to nothing. I had no evidence he had done open houses, or done anything but plunk a sign in my yard. He did NOT earn that commission.
