Horrible couple. I am glad that I terminated the listing contract with them and sold my house with another agent. Talk to them and ask them a specific house of theirs that is on the market for some time. Jeff will definitely blame the home owner and badmouth nastily. They spend a lot of money marketing online. But horrible couple. Avoid them! Price to sell, not agent to sell! Do not trust their gimmicks!

I was stationed in San Diego and moving to CC. Sandy was extremely helpful in finding a home and going thru the process. I was over 2k miles away and she got us started with e-mail and once I visited I only had three days in the area to make a deal. She somehow managed to get it all done and we closed on time and in my price range. Military moves can be painful but she did an awesome job. We found the house after looking at more than 20 homes, got it inspected and contract and financing all in two days. I would recommend her to anyone coming to the area.
