Never use this guy or his company! He sold me on the idea that he could appraise a property of mine, and then list and sell it at that price. So I paid him up front for the “appraisal” and let him list it. He showed up with only one buyer in 7 months- and he was DRUNK at that showing! Turns out the “appraisal” was a joke, was ridiculously too much and the property would never have sold at near that price. I demanded that he terminate the listing and he refused to do it, and threatened me with a “cancellation” fee. Then he told me that I had breached the listing agreement and he wanted his full commission! I finally had to hire an attorney to get rid of him. WHAT A JERK. Never use this guy to appraise or sell your property.

We were searching for a waterfront home here in Lake Conroe for what seemed to be forever to no avail when we were referred to Ray Faragher from a friend who had done business with him in the past. When we told Ray what we were looking for he told us that he would go to work and find it for us as quickly as possible. With in two weeks Ray called us and said that he had something that we might be interested in to go see it. What we found was the home that we are living in now... We had been searching with a few other agents for a long time and could not seem to get anywhere. Ray went the extra mile for us as the home he found was not listed in the MLS but was rather for sale by owner so the other agents we were working with could never find it. We commend Ray on his knowledge of the waterfront inventory around the lake and the extra effort he made by driving through the areas where he knew we wanted to live otherwise we would have never found our home.
