What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Bad information in the public marketplace about monthly payments, and too good to be true lending standards.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I like to work hard when the going gets tough. That's what seperates the outstanding agents from the average agents. Anyone can get a contract on a house, it's how your agent will act or react when the going gets tough like the buyer can't close on time, that makes the difference.
What is your best characteristic?: I work hard for my clients.
Who or what inspires you the most?: I want to have lifetime customers that will utilize my expertise again and again and feel comfortable recommending my services to their friends, families, and coworkers.
What is the best advice you ever received?: It doesn't matter what 1/2 of the day you work, either the first 12 hours or the last 12, but do that and you'll be successful.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
