What year did you become a real estate agent?
2005
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
Going on 3 years...
What is the average home price in your market?
The average home price in Bryan/College Station is $160,000.
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
With B/CS being the home of Texas A&M University & Blinn College, both Bryan and College Station have new developments going on continually. We have to accommadate not only the new students coming in, but also the professors, and university employees. Along with residential developments, you will also see plenty of new restuarants, offices, and other commercial projects being put together as well.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
The satisfaction of helping my clients find the perfect place at right price is my greatest reward! Now being a part of Homes for Heroes, we are dedicated to giving back to those who serve us daily... our firefighters, police officers, military personnel, pastors, teachers, etc... Thank you!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
There are many challenging issues in real estate... from finding the perfect place to the unknowns in an inspection & financing. I guess there are alot of uncertainties, but preparing your clients for those & helping them through each issue is my main priority.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
My very first deal, a small one, but none the less -the best one.. This very small deal brought along one referral after another! This couple was so excited & pleased with the service I provided, they are my top referring clients! Thank you!
What is your best characteristic?
Readily available... if you are serious about purchasing a home, I am serious about finding the perfect one for you!
Who or what inspires you the most?
Because of God, I am where I am. I do what I do for His Glory! He blesses me in return... The excitement of a client when they receive their very first keys is priceless! The family who is blessed with that larger home or the investor who gets their next rental property or the student who is buying their student home instead of renting... their excitement & joy drives me. I love it...
What is the best advice you ever received?
Put others before yourself, and the rest will follow...
Also... "Real estate is like the weather - it's all local. Just 'cause it's raining there, doesn't mean it's raining here!"
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love the Bryan/College Station area, the people, the community, the growth! I plan on being here a while, but it sure is HOT! Tell me where it is 70 degrees all the time & I may make a move.. :)
