This woman is into high volume sales at any cost and we found out at our expense. We gave a bottom line on price and she continued to try to get us to meet buyers demands. She and the other agent had buyers sign a termination and then not present it while they tried to get us to lower our price and meet demands. When we refused and demanded earnest money, they pulled out a termination letter dated several days ago. This is not only unethical but illlegal. Hester admitted to making a mistake but would not rectify it. Had she made the sale happen at our bottom line, we would not have reported her to BBB and the Texas Real Estate Commission. We tried to fire her and demand earnest money, and not only did she not let us out of our contract but she ran to the title company and quickly got the earnest money back to the buyers before we could contest it. She is under investigation and is lying all along. She also claims to not remember a lot. Either she has alzheimers or is lying.
