He found a GREAT apartment for me !

James is truly low-key, and the best apartment locator I've used since moving to Texas. He showed me 5 properties, 4 of which were exactly what I'd asked for (ameneties, price, location, etc. ) I had to move fast, so he had pre-selected these by available move-in date. Forget do-it-yourself apartment guides or online "services" - using a knowledgeable locator is still free, and well worth doing.

Every new client is a new story, and a person with very particular needs. Finding what they need is an adventure!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Knowing that I can do a far better job than an apartment guide from 7-11, or sterile search engines on rent.com or similar online "services".
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
A group of Catholic monks needed housing for classes at the University of Texas - FIVE apartments within the same community ! They started long after pre-leasing had begun, but I managed to lease them exactly what they needed - on a UT student shuttle bus route. It was a "blessing" to help these brothers out !
